Shipping & Returns

Orders:

Backward Prints processes and ships in stock items within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday.  If your item is out of stock you will be contacted via email. 

Returns:

At Backward Prints every product we produce is designed and hand printed at our studio in Laguna Beach.  We strive in quality, craftsmanship, and want you to love your purchase. 

If for any reason you are not totally happy with your item(s), we will exchange any unworn or unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original receipt.  Your items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.  Please let us know what you would like in exchange for the item(s) you are returning and we will gladly ship it to you. Backward Prints is NOT responsible for return shipping charges. *Sale merchandise is final sale and non returnable.

Sorry, but all card purchases are final sale.

Shipping:

We use USPS & UPS. Both come with tracking on all products. One of our team members will email you with your tracking #, and confirm that your item(s) have been shipped.
